To convert OST to PST manually, you can follow these steps:
Open Microsoft Outlook and create a new PST file. Go to "File" > "New" > "Outlook Data File".
Select the location where you want to save the PST file and give it a name. Click "OK" to create the PST file.
Close Outlook and go to "Control Panel" > "Mail" > "Email Accounts".
Select your email account and click on "Change".
Click on "More Settings" and then go to the "Advanced" tab.
Under "Mailbox Settings", click on "Offline Folder File Settings".
Click on "Disable Offline Use" and then click "Yes" to confirm.
Close all open windows and open the OST file that you want to convert in Microsoft Outlook.
Select all the items in the OST file that you want to convert to PST. You can use the "CTRL+A" shortcut to select all items.
Copy the selected items by pressing "CTRL+C".
Open the new PST file that you created in step 1 and select the folder where you want to import the items.
