Form I-90 (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/renewal-green-card-Form-I-90-replace.jsp) to be used for either to renew expired green card or to replace lost/damaged green card. The base application fee of $290 and the biometrics fee of $80 are required. Total filing fee = $370. The fee will be exempted if card was never received, or issued card with incorrect information because of a USCIS administrative error.
The base application fee of $290 is not required. The biometrics fee of $80 is required. It shows that I have reached my 14th birthday since my card was issued. Application to replace green card (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/renewal-green-card-Form-I-90-replace.jsp) must be filled out correctly and sent to the appropriate government agency.
