    * Mint – 1 cup

    * Basin dhal – 1 table spoon

    * Black gram – 1 table spoon

    * Ginger – 1 inch

    * Garlic – 5 in number

    * Mustard seeds – 1\2 table spoon

    * Coconut – 1 cup crumbled

    * Curry leafs – 2 to three leafs
