Hello guys,
what kind of exercise or food, will help to remove the excess fats on a round face ? how to remove double chin ? how can one get a smaller face ? is there any exercise which can make a round face thin fast ?Please help me out here .Thanks in advance.

Well i understood your problem,
But i think there is no exercise for face, the best way is to maintain diet and take physician advise. Because he will see your condition and suggest you the suitable medicine.

I have heard about some acku puncher treatment for face , But I'm about the side effects .
