Hello guys,
I have dark circles ...just wondering to know how do u reduce your dark circles.Please recommend me some suggestion.Thanks in advance!!

To guard eyes from eye allergy, you should wear glasses because they protect eyes from dust which is the biggest cause of allergy. If you wear lenses then do not touch your eyes until the hands are properly washed otherwise this may cause allergy. Dark circles are made due to two reasons -
1. Lack of sleep or too much eye work on TV, books, computer, etc.
2. Poor blood circulation
You must not work continuously, but rather you must take breaks of about 2-3 minutes every 30 minutes. Roll your eyes, put palm on your eyes for few seconds.
