My migraines are killing me. I need help. I am looking for a green tea that can help with my terrible migraines. I work for longer on the computer and it looks like I am straining so much. I am looking for recommendations for a tea that can help me clear the migraines. If there is one, will it be able to help and how long should I use it so that I start seeing its effects? Also, does consuming it have any negative effects?
