« on: October 07, 2024, 02:59:44 AM »Rudraksha is a sacred seed that comes from the fruit of the "Elaeocarpus ganitrus" tree, primarily found in the Himalayan region, as well as parts of Southeast Asia, including Nepal, India, and Indonesia. In Hinduism, Rudraksha holds deep spiritual significance, believed to have originated from the tears of Lord Shiva, which fell to Earth and grew into the Rudraksha tree. These seeds are considered highly auspicious and are often used in prayer beads (malas) for meditation and spiritual practices.
Rudraksha beads are revered for their believed ability to bring peace, balance, and clarity of mind. They are commonly worn as necklaces or bracelets and are thought to offer both spiritual and physical benefits, including reducing stress and enhancing focus. The beads come in different varieties based on the number of "Mukhis" or faces on their surface, with each type offering specific benefits and aligning with different energies.
