Has anyone experienced this before? My carpet cleaner is brand new and I would like to know if what is happening to me is happening to any other user. I am new to using carpet cleaners and I am wondering if it is me who is doing it wrong or my machine is faulty. It has damaged the center and corner areas of my carpet and I feel that I can’t use it anymore. Can I get help?
