eyewear frames
In summer, the sun rises in early morning and goes down in late evening.
We are boiled in the heat sun all through the day. it is time for you to make more attention to avoid direct sunshine.
Poor sun protection is sure to bring residual effects which may not be recovered forever, and you will regret it all your life.
Followings are some sun proction tips,
Skin: cover sunscreen once every two hours.A hat with a broad brim would be a good protection against sunshine when outing
in summer, as it is large enough to block up the whole head.
As to the eye care in summer, you can wear a pair of eyewear with an-UV function which is both practical and fashionable.
Regarding clothes, we had better put on coloured clothes. Never uncover your bare arms under the sun.
It is easy to follow the above tips. But it is a bit difficult to choose sunscreen and reading eyewear.
When choosing sunscreen: Correctly understanding the relationship between SPF value and the efficacy of sunscreen -
the efficacy of SPF30 is not twice as much as that of SPF15, and it is not that the higher the SPF value is, the better it is.
Choosing of eyewear: not all coloured reading eyewear are eyewear
but whether the eyewear have the mark of antiultraviolet.
