What to do when hydraulic machine stops working?

1. Find out underneath what circumstances or what caused the machine to prevent working?
2. Was it at the start of the cycle?
3. Seek advice from the machine operator.
4. Try and get the maximum amount data as possible.
5. Check the hydraulic schematics. resolve the path from the pump to the actuator. That actuator or valve was operating when the machine stopped?
6. Resolve whether or not there are any issues in some parts like pumps, some directional valves, some flow controls, relief valves.
7. Perform the flow and pressure check adding an extra component just like the relief valve when the pump, and so on till you get to the cylinder.
