MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive is a superior formulation of microscopic copper and lead particles in a super concentrate, blended with a top quality 20W-50 SG/CD Engine Oil, which provides exceptional protection for today’s high performance petrol or diesel engines that are both naturally aspirated or turbo charged. MBL Pre-Mix can assist in reducing heat, emissions, engine wear, oil consumption, crankcase sludge, oxidation and engine noise, as well as restoring compression and improving fuel economy. The copper and lead particles are minute enough to pass through normal filtration systems. The copper particles become embedded in all contact surfaces, filling minor imperfections, improving sealing, increasing load carrying capacity and heat transfer.
For heavy truck and industrial engines, use MBL Concentrated Oil Additive.
MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive also contains:
1. An anti-friction ingredient.
2. An ingredient which supports the particles in suspension.
3. An ingredient which helps protect the copper and lead (and the engine bearings) from the corrosive attack of the by-products of combustion.
4. An ingredient which is an anti-oxidant.
5. An anti-foaming ingredient.
6. A dispersant to break down carbon & combustion particles which have not been filtered from the oil. This dispersant allows the encapsulated particles to be removed from the engine when the oil is drained.
With today’s high speed, highly stressed, multi-valve per cylinder engine configurations, oil companies and engine manufacturers are favouring lower viscosity oils in an attempt to deliver lubrication faster to critical areas on start-up. Approximately 80% of engine wear takes place during the first few seconds after the engine starts from cold and before full oil pressure and circulation takes place.
The copper and lead in the MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive provides residual lubrication to greatly reduce this wear. When PT5 Plus is used in conjunction with MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive, the effect of the top oil lubricant in PT5 Plus and the residual lubricating action of the MBL Pre-Mix provides additional protection for the moving parts in the cylinder and valve areas. The Super Concentrate is blended with an oil that meets the American Petroleum Institute Classification SG for gasoline engines, and CD for diesel engines.
MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive is ideal for convenient, time-saving application as no mixing is required.
Directions
Shake well, Do NOT overdose.
How to Use
Drain old engine oil and replace oil filter. Add new oil less 500ml. Start engine and bring to normal operating temperature.
Add the entire bottle of 4 cylinder or 6 & 8 cylinder MBL PRE-MIX, depending on your engine size, to new engine oil, replace the filler cap, then operate normally for the next 15 - 30 minutes to distribute it thoroughly throughout the engine.
Heavy trucks, industrial and marine:- Use MBL 8 Concentrated Oil Additive.
Gearboxes, transfer cases, differentials, power steering pumps, and hydraulic systems use MBL 8 Concentrated Oil Additive.
Caution
Do NOT use with Synthetic Oils - use MBL 8 Concentrated Oil Additive. Do NOT use in wet clutches, or wet brakes, automatic transmissions, or with filter screens below 10 microns. Most automotive filters are between the 15 to 50 micron range.
NB: MBL Pre-Mix Engine Oil Additive is for engines only.
Handling
Product contains petroleum oil, and copper and lead particles. Do NOT store near heat, sparks or flame. Wash with soap and water after skin contact with product. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. A Material Safety Data Sheet is available from Pro-Ma Systems.
