That's right just what the headline reads...You can lose weight...I mean serious weight up to 2 pounds a day but almost constantly 1 pound a day...
How about NO EXERCISE...That's right while you are on this diet there is no exercise recommended...If you do anything at all it would be walk at a gentle pace for about 45 minutes a day...But that is NOT required to lose the weight...

The diet plan consists of putting the Hcg drops under your tongue 3 times a day & going on a Very Low Calorie Diet...500 calories a day...Now again don't get excited...the Hcg causes your body to burn fat...around a pound a day...1 pound of fat = 3500 calories...So that means that with the pound of fat you are burning & the 500 calories you are eating you are getting about 4000 calories a day...
