The Psychology of Being Overweight

Do we, subconsciously, want to be overweight? Does it provide an excuse to not do some of the things we think we should be doing, or that others think we should be doing?

I know that losing the weight shouldn’t change a  life, but  getting back to a normal weight will let you enjoy life a bit more...have fun shopping for clothes that fit and look good, be able to move better and hopefully with less pain, and of course that overall boost to your self-esteem that you've accomplished something...Not to mention reduced risk of heart and diabetes problems.

Weight loss and fitness can be achieved.  Here's how http://vur.me/wallyp/I
