90 days before the conditional GC expires you are supposed to file the Form I-751. Since you can't jointly file you need to apply with a request that the joint filing requirement be waived. Also when you may file late with a written explanation and request excuse from USCIS. Make sure you have copy of the divorce decree also along the Form I-751. Also if you have proof for why you divorced would be a added advantage you get a waiver.
