Thus the cuisine business can be regarded as one of the most cut-throat business out here in the American city. The city moves with the notion of 'Here Today Gone Tomorrow' and not fortunately this goes as an opinion and perception instead of expectation. If the cuisine institutions with the big bang names such as Trio, Le Francais, Gordon and Ambria can shut down their shutters then is there any hope for all the newcomers?
