Causes of Belly Fat

Wow...... I just saw the most rediculous t.v. commercial about a tummy shrinker that looks like a girdle that  you wear around your waist for 15 mins. a day and it suppose to magically burns off belly fat..
If anyone believes that, they are a real sucker.

Folks there is no way that a piece of  spandex fabric will burn belly fat or any other fat.
So don't get ripped off by believing rediculous ads like that.

The causes of belly fat is much more complexed therefore to get rid of belly fat you must first learn the reason your body stores excessive fat in your abdomen and then learn how you can stop that process from occurring in your body.


So.....Why do so many people have excessive belly fat?  And why do most of them struggle to burn belly fat even though there are tons of six-pack abs exercise programs and specialized equipment that promise to burn belly fat in just minutes a day.

The real problem is this, all those advertisements that claim you can burn belly fat with a simple exercise machine or special workout, is not telling you the real truth about how to burn belly fat.

Crunches Build Muscle, NOT Burn Belly Fat!

 Doing crunches and using exercise machines will not burn belly fat, they will help build your ab muscles. And in time, those bulkier ab muscles will burn more energy but those crunches will NOT actually burn belly fat directly as so many of those programs seem to imply.


What Really Causes Belly Fat?

The truth is that your belly fat is primarily caused by cortisol which is a hormone that is released during times of stress. The cortisol stimulates your brain into thinking its hungry and then the fat tends to collect right in your belly.

So if you REALLY want to get flat abs and eliminate your belly fat you don’t need crunches, you need to reduce your stress and lower the production of cortisol first!

 

Sadly, most diet and exercise programs  tell you a half-truth and over simplify the solution like telling you that you need to starve yourself, do crunches, eat only carbs, etc. The truth is: If you want to burn belly fat and finally lose those pounds, then you need to take a realistic approach to the problem.

Stop thinking that you can burn belly fat by doing crunches. Don't believe those commercials that lie about belly shrinking fabric or belts  those things do not burn belly fat.
