UpperGame Pre Launch Review Another Matrix Scam?

Uppergame is in prelaunch as of this date with no scheduled date we could find. We really have a dislike for matrix payplans and this is no different.
It does mention something about gambling.
This one is 2x16 and cost 12.00 to start.

Anyone have a review of this program or thoughts you want to share?
