My name is Rick Kirkham. I’m an in home and in office computer, cell phone and tablet tutor, repair expert, virus removal specialist and internet expert here in Honolulu Hawaii covering all of the Oahu. I've been in computers since 1993. That's longer than some ITs (computer repair people) have lived. My hair was brown when I got in the computers. It didn't turn gray just because I got married :-)
Thanks to God's gifts and experience,I’m one of the best computer virus and spyware removal specialists on the island. I’m very proactive when it comes to keeping computers fast, efficient, virus free and malicious software free. I see my computer clients every 4 to 6 months for a professional cleaning. This means I catch problems before my client even knows he or she has computer problems and before these computer problems become issues.

I'm a trained, dual certified, teacher. This means when I tutor people in the use of software, computers, cell phones, and tablets, I'm not just teaching something because I know it. I'm teaching because I actually know how to teach. There's a huge difference in having knowledge and being able to transfer that knowledge in a positive, step-by-step approach to another individual or individuals.
I'm very frugal and I think outside of the box when I repair and troubleshoot computers. No one has ever accused me of doing what everyone else does or thinking like everyone else in my field.
I work on both Apple computers and Windows PCS
As you’ve probably discovered yourself, this is very unusual in my field. I'll be the first to admit, that I'm better with Windows PCS than I am with Apple computers. That's the other reason that you want me as your next computer guy. You'll get nothing but honesty from me. If I don't know something and have to research it, I'll tell you. I'm going to tell you a little secret about computer people in my field, regardless of what they tell you, computer repair people do not know everything.
