You probably bought all the equipment and tools you needed in your commercial cleaning service.  And advertise you business in any ads or even tell everyone that you have started a business on cleaning services. At this point you are ready to open and operate your business. You may even start to offer your commercial cleaning services to prospective clients. But you have no idea on how much you will charge them, for the cleaning service you will render on your client’s building.

Primary goal of any business is to earn and make profits. The best you can do, is make survey on prices on commercial cleaning services. The commercial building cleaning is charge by $.05 to $.20 per square foot depending on the building you are cleaning.  Big companies offer their building for cleaning is by bidding. You can charge your customer by monthly and depending on how long will it take for the service your client requested. In this way you can estimate and compute the price you will charge on the client, for the job you will render. You and your employees will be more productive by higher hour production rate. The higher square feet you can clean by the hour, the higher the profit you can get.

It is wise to check the on going rate of other competitors.  Compare the prices from different commercial cleaning service from one another.  You will have an idea in estimating the building how much you will charge your client.
