Tips to Burn Belly Fat and Get Six Pack Abs

3. You need more fiber

The major reason women are getting fatter these days is that they do not have enough fiber in their diets.

As we eat more processed foods and less whole grains and produce, the natural fibers in our diet are becoming scarcer.  An average person should try to get at least 25 grams of fiber per day.

People who are serious about a diet to lose belly fat should get 35 grams of fiber.

4. Drink more water

Research reveals that drinking two 8-ounce glasses of water before breakfast, lunch, and dinner while also cutting back on portions may help you lose weight and keep it off for at least a year.

In addition, drinking more water may discourage you from guzzling soda and other calorie-laden beverages.

5.    Get the motivation and mindset

You need motivation to be able to stick to your exercises and diet plan. If you are not seeing results quick enough, you should not lose your motivation. To keep yourself stay motivated, focus on the results you have got so far.

You should also train with a friend, instead of doing it alone. Also, always keep your goals realistic. You will not be able to lose 30lbs in a month!

Remember that the key to having a flat stomach is to lose the amount of fat you have overall.  The stomach fat is just the last to go, so it's the toughest.
