I agree that walking is a great exercise. But I have one question that's bothering me a lot.
Is it true that walking exercises makes your butt go bigger? If it is, is there a simple exercise that needs not to go to a gym that widens your shoulder to make it proportioned with your butt? I have this girl friend who is not very comfortable with her butt size (not proportion to her shoulders). I don't know what to say to make her feel comfortable and shes not convinced whenever I say its beautiful, that's shes beautiful.
