My lunch just few minutes ago:
1. boiled rice (plane)
2. carrot, cabbage, few slices of pork (fried it in oil & spices) - i don't know how I call this types of cooking - just used what is available as I am lazy to go out today.
3. hotdogs (fried)
4. 300 ml of water
5. a cup of creamy coffee
I know that too much oil on food plus the hotdogs (processed) are unhealthy. Drinking too much coffee every after meal is also not a good habit but lately I am drinking too much of it.
How about you? What is your lunch today? Does it something that would make you healthy?
