Behavioral therapy is a type of psychotherapy, which focuses on changing unwanted behaviors. Behavior involves determining the treatment of the objection, and behaviors that are unable to cope and replacing them with the types of health behavior. Also referred to this type of treatment to modify behavior therapy.Cognitive treatment focuses mainly on the ideas and feelings that lead to certain behaviors, while behavioral therapy deals with the change and eliminate unwanted behaviors. However, some therapists practice some form of psychotherapy, which focuses on all the ideas and behavior. It can also be used as behavioral therapy to treat insomnia, chronic fatigue, and phobic behavior. This may be the type of treatment requires fewer treatment sessions of cognitive therapy. However, the length of treatment varies with each patient individually.
