Request for increase in grants to Assist with U.S. Naturalization Efforts!

House Homeland Security Committee wants the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to grant more money for advising immigrants on attaining U.S. citizenship. With tens of millions of legal immigrants living in this country, its must to ensure there is an appropriate system in place to help these individuals through the process of applying for US citizenship so they can participate fully in American society. Leaders want Congress to authorize and fund these services. They will continue to oversee USCIS efforts and urge DHS headquarters to provide consistent and robust direction of these services.
