Carry a great risk either parent and baby above average risk of developing complications during pregnancy. This requirement may be given some pre-existing chronic condition in the mother, or may arise as a result of pregnancy. It is usually easier for women to avoid the risk of pregnancy if they intend to become pregnant when she was younger or older holding a woman contemplating pregnancy, especially if they have a chronic health condition, you can go to the doctor to make sure it's in good enough health with children with minimal risk and baby. Once pregnant, women who may be exposed to great danger especially need to find good post-natal care to avoid complications. Pre-existing conditions in women, such as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases such as HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases and diabetes may require close monitoring by a group of medical professionals during pregnancy. In addition to the possibility that those types of chronic medical conditions may cause high risk pregnancy, pregnancy risk may come when there was a history of medical complications with previous pregnancies, or when no preload mandate.

I would like to add that there are some risks to all pregnancies, but then there's a certain section of pregnancies that are classified high risk. In a high-risk pregnancy, both the mother-to-be and the unborn child can be at risk.
