A software engineer in Noth American Nintendo named Nando Moterazo reported that Nintendo is working on an android tablet for education games. Fansite Nintendo Everything collected some Twitter Monterazo published this week, he leaked some functions he tested.
Foreign media contacted Nintendo on these twitter, but one Nintendo spokesmen said:” Nintendo won`t respond any gossip and conjecture. ”
Though Nintendo didn`t make their attitude, Monterazo said that neither NES nor Super Nintendo and GBA will put in new tablet, the new tablet only provide “education games”.
Monterazo also said, this unnamed new tablet will put in some classic Nintendo characters, maybe Mario, Luigi`s Mansion and some other character created by Nintendo.
Though Monterazo said old section won`t put in new tablet, but if it put to use Android, the situation maybe changes.
As an open development platform, the ability for imitation is very strong, include run various of ROM of game system, for example, the early Plasytation and CP System II.
Whatever, it`s an important change, cause Nintendo refuse to march the mobile market all the time.
Disclose according to Bloomberg, investor bring huge pressure to Nintendo, they want push Nintendo`s game to iOS platform, cause as Quartz`s data, iPhone sold out nealy 400 million, it`s more than four times than wii which the most hot sells console of Nintendo.
