PS4 VS Xbox One: Round one Sony is the winner!(1)
At present, two new video game console-- Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One have come in officially. It means that in next 6 to 10 years, there`s a long battle between PS4 and Xbox One. In every next generation video game console come in, it`s too hard to decide to choose which one. Though the deciding factor is game sources, we still interested in compare the two video game console. Result shows that Sony win round one, though superiority not so clear.
Let`s see the detail:
Design (PS4: 8; Xbox One: 7)
Sony comes from Japan, Microsoft comes from U.S.A, they made enormous progress in their field. But in consumer electronics, Sony obviously more experienced. In surface design, Sony is smaller than Xbox One, though we have enough space to put it in, smaller is better. PS4 put power transformer into the body, it makes PS4 smaller, and more fashion. Xbox looks like a Russian products, heavy, hug.
PS4 controller is better than Xbox One`s. PS4 controller put to use ergonomic design, it suits our hands. Sony also add touchpad, motion sensor, internal battery, speaker, earphone jack, and a new share button makes you share your game to SNS quickly and convenient. Worthy to be mentioned, in standby mode, PS4 can charge up the battery for controller too, these particulars precipitate Japan manufacture`s exquisite style.
As for user interface, it depending on one`s point of view. User interface of PS4 is an upgraded version of PS3, it support multitasking ability and radio center; Xbox One looks like use Modern UI of Win8, they use a lot tile block design, but recognition rate need to promote.
Game ecosystems (PS4:6; Xbox One: 6)
At first, both of these two video game console are able to compatible a lot of application, and continual more and more. And they each one has its good points. At the early time of PS4 come in, they have ‘Kill Zone: Shadow Fall’, and they will put in ‘Mars’, ‘The Mysterious sea 2’, ‘Gran Turismo 4’in future, and ect.
Xbox One currently have ‘Dead Rising’, ‘Rise: the son of Rome’ and ect. They will put ‘Halo’, ‘Gears of War’. Some of the best game basically can be cross platform, for example ‘GTA’, ‘Final Fantasy’. We always thought that Japanese console have more Japalish RPG, Western have more FPS game. But it seems there is not so much different between PS4 and Xbox One.
