How to redirect the customers to relevant Magento store view ?

I have created multiple stores by using Magento multi-store feature. Now how can I redirect the customers to specific store?

To enhance the the functionality of the multi-store feature of the Magento,. I would recommend to use FME GeoIP Default Store Magento Extension which performs automatic redirection on your e-store.
This extension detects the location of the visitors and redirect them to the pre-defined store.
