For me water is still the healthy drink to consume because it has no artificial flavorings, chemicals and sugar.

When you think of good-for-you beverages, water immediately comes to mind, but there are others worth adding to your diet. "Some drinks have tremendous health benefits, from relieving minor ailments like indigestion to protecting against serious ones like osteoporosis.
Green tea helps to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease, and cavities. Green tea contains a rich concentration of flavonoids and polyphenols, natural antioxidants that may protect cells from carcinogens (cancer-causing substances) and inhibit tumor growth by helping to neutralize free radicals in the body.

In my opinion fresh fruits juices are the best option because these are natural and provide rich vitamins, mineral, nutrition, and energy to maintain the health and boost the energy level. Some people take energy drinks to boost their energy but these energy drinks are not healthy because these energy drinks are artificial and sometimes cause the bad reactions.

There is no one estimate for how much water the average American needs each day. Instead, the Institute of Medicine has set an adequate intake of 125 ounces (about 15 cups) for men and 91 ounces (about 11 cups) for women. (1) Note that this is not a daily target, but a general guide. In most people, about 80% of this water volume comes from beverages; the rest comes from food.
Water is an excellent calorie-free, sugar-free choice.  For some people who are accustomed to drinking sweet beverages, water can initially taste bland. To increase water consumption without losing flavor or to spice up your daily water intake, try these refreshing water-based beverages

Healthy drinks for babies

There is nothing more beneficial for infants than the mothers' own milk. People may think than baby should drink fruit juice and green vegetable juice but that cannot be taken as a substitute for milk.

Coconut WaterThis is one trend we approve of: Not only is coconut water already naturally sweetened, but it also offers electrolytes to help you rehydrate. Our favorite: Vita Coca 100% Pure Coconut Water, which packs just 90 calories per bottle.

Steps alcohol withdrawal treatment is one of the most promising ways to deal with addiction and withdrawal issues. While the treatment can be longer, but the results are permanent with minimal relapse cases.
