USCIS has updated Form I-864P.This form is used to determine the minimum income requirement needed to complete Form I-864, Affidavit of Support under Section 213A of the Immigration and Nationality Act.These poverty guidelines remain in effect for use with immigration Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, from March 1, 2012 until new guidelines go into effect in 2013.
