After high school, college, and law school, an aspiring family law attorney must typically pass an exam in instruction to become a fully practicing lawyer. At that point, he may apply to become a family law attorney for a law firm, either as a enduring career move or to gain experience that will assistance him to open and be successful in his own family law practice.
